'Children of the Sun,' a bullet-bending puzzle game set in a trippy world of cults and revenge, is set to launch on Steam on April 9.
The game features a protagonist known as The Girl, who is on a mission to dismantle a cult that brainwashed her, using a single sniper shot that players control.
A demo of the game was released in February 2024, becoming a breakout hit of Steam Next Fest with over 60,000 players.
The game is developed by René Rother and published by Devolver Digital, known for creating minimalistic games with loud messages about violence and death.
Players can guide the bullet through increasingly complex levels, triggering traps and reshaping the environment to kill cultists.
