Child Missing for Seven Years Found in Humboldt Park as Mother and Sibling Are Arrested

- An older sibling present at the home was arrested the following day on an aggravated criminal sexual assault charge.
- DCFS has taken custody of the recovered child along with an infant and a toddler found at the address and will continue state care arrangements.
