Child Killed, Two Adults Hospitalized in Idaho Semi-Truck Collision

A tragic accident occurred early Sunday in Idaho when a vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic, resulting in a fatal collision with a semi-truck.

A child was killed and two adults were hospitalized after their vehicle collided with a semi-truck in Twin Falls County, Idaho.
The accident happened early Sunday when the Honda CRV they were in veered into the eastbound lane, striking a Freightliner semi-truck.
The child, secured in a child safety seat, died at the scene, while the 39-year-old female driver and her 35-year-old male passenger were airlifted to the hospital.
Both adult passengers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash; their conditions remain unknown.
The crash closed the highway for six hours and is currently under investigation by Idaho State Police.
