Overview
- Kansas City Chiefs have activated linebacker Nick Bolton from injured reserve and placed safety Bryan Cook on IR.
- Bolton, who had dislocated his wrist in a Week 7 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, returns in time for the final five games of the regular season as Kansas City aims to claim its eighth straight AFC West title.
- Cook, the Chiefs' seventh leading tackler with 35, injured his ankle in last week's loss to the Green Bay Packers and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Mike Edwards.
- Despite playing in only four games this season, Bolton is 10th on the Chiefs in tackles with 28.
- The Chiefs have also ruled out three other regulars for the game against the Bills: running back Isiah Pacheco, offensive tackle Donovan Smith and linebacker Drue Tranquill.
