- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo reviewed JKRERA’s performance and reaffirmed its role under the 2016 RERA framework extended to Jammu and Kashmir in 2019.

- He ordered adaptive reuse and cultural programming at Mubarak Mandi Heritage Complex and reviewed modernization plans for SPS Museum, Shergarhi Palace, Tehzeeb Mahal and the Peerkho cable car lift link.
