Chicago woman arrested for threatening to shoot Trump and his son in emails to Florida school

Tracy Marie Fiorenza was arrested for emailing threats to shoot Donald Trump and his son Barron to the headmaster of a Palm Beach County school.
The threats were sent in May and June, with Fiorenza stating she would shoot Trump and Barron in the face in one email.
Fiorenza admitted to federal agents that she intentionally sent the threatening emails from her home in Illinois.
She has been charged with transmitting threats to kill or injure and is expected to appear in court in Chicago before being extradited to Florida.
Threats of violence against public figures have been increasing in recent years in the polarized political climate.
