Overview

  • CHSN will broadcast on Channel 200, the former NBC Sports Chicago slot, via Xfinity’s top-tier package starting June 6.
  • Subscribers face a $20 monthly upgrade to Xfinity’s Ultimate tier, reversing the previous $8.85-per-month credit issued after NBC Sports Chicago’s shutdown.
  • The network, co-owned by the Bulls, Blackhawks, White Sox and Standard Media, launched Oct. 1, 2024 and had missed Comcast carriage ever since.
  • Prior to the agreement, CHSN had secured distribution with DirecTV, Astound/RCN, Fubo and free over-the-air broadcasts on WJYS subchannels.
  • Meanwhile, the CubsMarquee Sports Network will stay on Xfinity’s Popular tier through this season before moving to Ultimate next year.
