Chicago Police Seek Suspect in UIC-Halsted Blue Line Stabbing After Releasing Photo

Detectives released a surveillance image and urged public tips to identify the man.

  • A CPD surveillance image shows the suspect walking on the platform holding a large knife in his right hand.
  • The suspect is described as a Black male about 6 feet tall and 160–180 pounds, last seen in a pink beanie, gray hooded jacket, orange sweater, light blue jeans, white shoes, and carrying a gray backpack.
