Overview
- Surveillance footage shows a dark sedan reversing into a Madison Street storefront before a white van arrives and at least seven people run inside.
- The break-ins occurred Nov. 9 at 4:48 a.m. in the 4000 block of W. Madison Street in Garfield Park and Nov. 10 at 4 a.m. in the 800 block of N. Kedzie Avenue in Humboldt Park.
- Police say the crew used stolen vehicles to breach the stores, grabbed clothing, shoes, and other merchandise, then fled in another stolen vehicle.
- Suspects are described as Black males roughly 15 to 19 years old, masked and dressed in black, with some estimates placing weights between 110 and 150 pounds.
