- He is described as a Black man aged 60 to 70 with a bald head, gray or white facial hair, missing teeth and at least one gold tooth, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt bearing a white skeleton decal and blue jeans.
- Jones Park borders South Loop Elementary School, prompting authorities to warn neighbors to stay alert for any suspicious activity.
