Chicago Police Release Images in Two Green Line Robberies of Teens

Investigators request public tips after posting surveillance photos from separate October cases on the Green Line.

  • In the Oct. 8 Englewood case aboard a train near 63rd Street and Halsted around 8 p.m., a 15-year-old was robbed at gunpoint by suspects described as Black males wearing a black jacket over a gray sweater, a black sweater with a gray backpack, and a gray Nike sweater with black Adidas pants.
  • In the Oct. 9 Bronzeville case on the 35th–Bronzeville–IIT platform around 4:30 p.m., a 16-year-old was robbed by three Black males described as wearing a light-colored flannel jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt with a graphic and black pants with black-and-white gym shoes, and a white T-shirt with red pants.
