- Andrew Anania, 29, was sentenced on May 13, 2025, to 50 years in federal prison for kidnapping three drivers and sexually assaulting two of them in early 2021.

- Two days later, Anania and accomplice Walter Moran abducted a Cicero woman, later releasing her and stealing her car; Moran was sentenced in April 2025 to 15 years and eight months in prison.
