Chicago Man Charged with Repeatedly Killing Kittens and Replacing Them with Lookalikes

A 22-year-old Chicago man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of animal cruelty and torture for allegedly killing at least 6 kittens since May.
The man allegedly drowned, microwaved, and mutilated the kittens, then bought lookalike replacements from Craigslist to avoid suspicion.
