Overview
- GM’s Alvear plant in Santa Fe began assembly of the next-generation Tracker on July 14 and launched sales on July 25 with LT, LTZ, Premier and RS trims priced from ARS 31.77 million to ARS 39.99 million.
- The model embraces Chevrolet’s new global design language with two-level LED lighting, a reshaped grille, aerodynamic bumpers, 17-inch wheels and recalibrated steering and suspension for a refined drive.
- Under the hood, a 1.2 L turbocharged engine delivers 132 hp and 190 Nm of torque paired to a six-speed automatic transmission.
- The cabin features connected 8- and 11-inch HD screens running MyLink with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, native Wi-Fi, OnStar services and a suite of comfort upgrades.
- Tracker has led Argentina’s B-SUV segment since 2023, selling 9,571 units in H1 2025 for a 3.1% market share as GM readies the model for wider regional exports.
