Overview

  • Chevrolet has begun presales of the fully redesigned 2026 Groove in Mexico, offering LT Manual, LT CVT and RS CVT trims priced from 398,900 to 475,900 pesos.
  • Under the hood is a new 1.5-liter turbocharged engine delivering 149 hp and 188 lb-ft of torque, a 52% boost over the previous generation.
  • For the first time, the subcompact SUV features eight advanced driver-assistance systems, including lane-departure alert, forward-collision warning and adaptive cruise control.
  • Its overall length grows by 14.5 cm to provide up to 436 liters of cargo space, expandable to 1,290 liters with the rear seats folded.
  • All buyers receive six months of free OnStar Guardian service, and Chevrolet will begin dealership deliveries in late August as it challenges rivals like the Volkswagen Taigun and Nissan Kicks.
