Overview

• Lynne Trenholm, 29, was found stabbed multiple times in an upstairs room at Pinky’s Massage Parlour in Boughton on June 9, 1991.
• Police interviewed more than 700 potential witnesses, including parlour clients and employees, without identifying a suspect.
• A bloodied fingerprint at the scene remains unmatched and a witness reported a dark blue metallic Vauxhall Carlton Estate near the parlour at 4:50 pm.
• Investigators considered robbery as a motive after discovering a large sum of cash was stolen and noted a man named John in Trenholm’s diary as a person of interest.
