- A magistrate in Chelyabinsk ordered 14 days of administrative arrest and a one-year driving disqualification for the Hyundai driver who fled a crash and later injured the other motorist.
- Traffic police said the December 22 incident began when a Hyundai struck a Nissan at a red light, fled, then accelerated as the Nissan driver approached, carrying him on the hood and causing injuries before escaping again.
