Fernandez was fined £3,020 and received a six-month driving ban.
He was found guilty in absentia for not identifying the driver of his Porsche Cayenne.
The offences include speeding and running a red light in late 2023.
Fernandez accumulated 12 penalty points, adding to his existing nine points.
The charges were confirmed at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court without Fernandez present.
