The Chelsea Supporters’ Trust (CST) has formally written to Premier League CEO Richard Masters, urging an investigation into Todd Boehly’s ownership stake in Vivid Seats.
Boehly, a co-owner of Chelsea FC, holds a 41% stake in Vivid Seats, a platform listing Premier League tickets at inflated prices, including Chelsea matches.
Vivid Seats is explicitly named by the Premier League as an unauthorised ticket resale website, raising regulatory and ethical concerns.
The Football Supporters’ Association has backed the CST’s call for action, stating that club owners should not profit from activities undermining anti-touting efforts.
Neither Boehly nor Chelsea FC has publicly addressed the allegations, further fueling frustration among fans and stakeholders.
