Charter Spectrum to Offer Peacock Streaming Free in New NBCUniversal Deal

Charter Communications has finalized a multiyear distribution deal with NBCUniversal, adding the Peacock streaming service to its Spectrum TV Select package for free.
This agreement is part of Charter's strategy to incorporate streaming services into its cable offerings, aiming to retain subscribers amid increasing cord-cutting trends.
Spectrum TV Select customers will now receive up to $65 worth of streaming services, including Disney+, ESPN+, Paramount+, AMC+, and others, bundled at no additional charge.
The deal also ensures Charter's continued carriage of NBCUniversal's extensive portfolio of channels, including NBC, USA, Bravo, and Telemundo.
