Charlie Sheen to Assume Sole Custody if Brooke Mueller Fails Drug Test
The former couple has modified their custody agreement, with Sheen set to take full custody of their twin sons if Mueller tests positive for drugs or alcohol.
- Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Brooke Mueller have agreed to modify custody details for their 14-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.
- Sheen will immediately assume sole legal custody if Mueller tests positive for drugs or alcohol.
- Mueller will be required to test for drugs and alcohol as often as required by her probation officer, within 24 hours of a written request from Sheen or his attorney, and at least once per week.
- Sheen will continue to provide Mueller additional financial assistance and pay her rent at her current home as long as she remains clean and sober.
- The former couple previously agreed to these stipulations in formal documents in November 2022 and August 2023, following Mueller's relapse and engagement in abusing alcohol and controlled substances.
