Charlie Sheen, now six years sober, is raising his 14-year-old twin boys, Max and Bob, largely on his own as their mother, Brooke Mueller, is 'not in the picture too much right now.'
Sheen and Mueller, who were married from 2008 to 2011, both struggled with substance abuse issues, leading to the boys being placed in the care of Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards and Mueller's brother, Scott, at different times.
Mueller regained full custody of the boys in 2014 but entered rehab again in 2019, leading to the boys being placed in the care of her parents.
Sheen, who has returned to television in the comedy series 'Bookie,' spends his days 'doing single dad stuff' and has been seen on multiple outings with his sons.
Sheen also expressed gratitude for the support of his family, including his father, Martin Sheen, and brother, Emilio Estevez, during his struggles with addiction.
