- Perrottet told the Independent Commission Against Corruption on Monday that he repeatedly lied to fugitive developer Jean Nassif to keep him cooperative and to help associates pursue unpaid bills.
- Commissioners showed a phone photograph of an envelope labelled "$148,000" addressed to consultancy Beckington, which ICAC links to lobbyists Jeremy Greenwood and Christian Ellis.
- Perrottet admitted fabricating contacts and promises about advancing planning matters and said he added a political ‘flavour’ to messages to encourage Nassif to pay Beckington.
- Nassif remains in Lebanon with a NSW police arrest warrant and is due to give evidence by video link later in the week, while Greenwood and Ellis are treated as persons of interest.
