Charles D. King to Receive PGA's Milestone Award

Founder and CEO of MACRO Recognized for Contributions to Film Industry and Representation of Diverse Voices

Charles D. King, founder and CEO of MACRO, will receive the Milestone Award at the 2024 Producers Guild of America (PGA) Awards.
King's company, MACRO, represents the voices and perspectives of Black people, indigenous people, and people of color, and has garnered 15 Oscar nominations since its inception in 2015.
King was the first Black partner in William Morris Endeavor's 100+ year history and part of the first ever all-Black team of nominated producers for an Academy Award.
King launched MACRO with the mission of amplifying the voices and perspectives of persons of color and has worked with a range of extraordinary producers, filmmakers, and artists.
The 2024 PGA Awards will take place on Sunday, February 25.
