• Justice Mark Poland imposed a three-year prison term on July 7 for Bell’s theft of three vehicles in Sarnia and Lambton County on January 30, 2024

• He is participating in educational and recovery programs and working toward his high school diploma while receiving methadone treatment in custody

• He was among 64 arrested in the OPP’s Project Aquatic child exploitation operation and is set to stand trial in May 2026
