Charles Barkley Charms Then Mocks CNN Ahead of New Show’s Launch

Charles Barkley signed a massive new deal with Turner to continue hosting Inside the NBA and will co-host a CNN show called King Charles with Gayle King this fall.
Barkley referred to joining CNN as “jumping on the Titanic” but remains optimistic about the new show.
Barkley’s comment comes as CNN CEO Chris Licht left the company following a critical profile.
Barkley and King will discuss politics and current events on their new CNN show.
There were reports CNN staff were angry over rumors King would make $12 million for the new show.
