Chargers' Keenan Allen and Justin Herbert Out for Raiders Game

Allen set the Chargers' single-season reception record and became the quickest player in NFL history to reach 900 receptions in his last game.
Chargers' starting quarterback Justin Herbert is also out for the season with a broken right index finger, leaving backup quarterback Easton Stick to make his first NFL start.
Joshua Palmer, who has been on injured reserve with a knee sprain since Week 9, will return for the Chargers.
The Chargers are currently 5-8 and have lost four of their last five games.
