- Pets are barred from specified public areas such as Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden and major gardens, community feeding is restricted to designated spots, owners must clean up faeces, violations draw fines up to ₹13,400 with daily penalties and ₹250‑per‑day maintenance for seized dogs, and pet businesses and trainers must register.
