• All pet dogs must be registered with the Municipal Corporation at ₹500 per dog with ₹50 renewal every five years, and wear a municipal metal token or face impoundment.

• Pets are excluded from high‑footfall sites such as Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Leisure Valley, Bougainvillea Garden and the Botanical Garden in Sarangpur, with neighborhood parks allowed under strict conditions.
