Chancay Port Adds Global Carriers as Direct China Service Reshapes Regional Routes

  • CMA CGM, OOCL and regional feeder Express Feeders are calling at Chancay, with Evergreen expected to begin services soon, according to port management.
  • The direct Chancay–Shanghai service runs twice weekly, has reduced transit to about 23 days, moved 22,000 tonnes worth roughly US$84 million in two months, and lowered logistics costs by about 20%.
