Champions Clinch PCB Women’s Super-3 T20 Title

The final showcased clear batting and bowling performances that should help national selectors judge domestic talent for higher honours.

Overview

Champions defeated Warriors by four wickets at Iqbal Stadium, finishing 116-6 in 17.4 overs after Warriors posted 114-9 in 20 overs.
Captain Tuba Hassan starred with a right-arm leg-spin spell of 4-26 and was named Player of the Match for her role in restricting Warriors.
Sidra Amin led the Champions chase with 46 off 39 balls and Komal Khan added 41 to steady the reply while Warriors’ Rameen Shamim took 2-21.
Ayesha Rehman was named Player of the Tournament after taking five wickets and hitting a standout unbeaten 35 off 16 against Incredibles, and season awards also went to Sadaf Shamas (Best Batter), Rameen Shamim (Best Bowler) and Muneeba Ali (Best Wicketkeeper).
The Super-3 T20 concentrates Pakistan’s top women players into three teams to produce higher-quality, short-format cricket and provide a testing ground for national selection decisions.
