  • McCrary began competing in 2000 and despite being paralyzed in a 2005 motocross accident, he continued to compete in Wheelchair Bodybuilding tournaments.
  • In 2022, McCrary secured a top-10 finish at the prestigious Mr Olympia bodybuilding competition and won first place at the Heart of Texas Heavyweight competition.
  • McCrary also worked as a motivational speaker and was a licensed aviator through Texarkana College. He had a stint as a paramedic for LifeNet and the Red River Army Depot.
  • The cause of McCrary's death has not been released.
