• On June 28 at Woodbine Racetrack, the gelding claimed the Grade 2 Highlander Stakes under jockey Sofia Vives by a neck over My Boy Prince.
• He was diagnosed with a soft tissue injury post-race and saw his condition deteriorate during 12 days of monitoring.
• Veterinary specialists and surgeons concluded that surgery could not provide a sustained quality of life.
• His owner, Frank Di Giulio Jr, announced on July 10 that he had been humanely euthanized after further veterinary assessment.
