• Booths are simple, registration‑free units that work by lifting the handset, dialing and speaking, and they are available to any resident without schedule restrictions.
• Installations must be requested by a presidencia or ayuntamiento via CFE TEIT’s official email or WhatsApp, submitting basic municipal identification and contact details.
• CFE published support contacts, including [email protected] for information and 55 2834 4800 to report faults.
• Deployment is gradual, some municipalities already report operational booths, and no official location map has been released.
