CEO of NBCUniversal Fired Over Sexual Harassment of Female Employee

Jeff Shell was fired as CEO of NBCUniversal after a complaint of inappropriate conduct was lodged against him.
The complaint was filed by Hadley Gamble, an anchor for CNBC International,who accused Shell of sexual harassment and sex discrimination.
An investigation by Comcast, NBCUniversal's parent company, found evidence corroborating Gamble's allegations.
Shell admitted to having an "inappropriate relationship" with an unnamed female employee at the company.
Shell was terminated "with cause" and will not receive any severance pay.
