- Rs 512.5 crore is allocated to provide 25 lakh deposit-free connections at Rs 2,050 per connection.
- Rs 160 crore funds a targeted Rs 300 subsidy per 14.2 kg refill for up to nine refills a year, pro‑rated for 5 kg cylinders.
- Rs 3.5 crore is earmarked for project management, transaction and SMS charges, IEC activities and administrative costs.
- New beneficiaries receive a cylinder, stove, regulator and hose, and pay nothing for the connection or first refill, with leaders framing the step as a boost to women’s empowerment.
