- Manohar Lal Khattar unveiled Delhi Metro International Limited to export metro expertise and take India’s metro model abroad.
- DMRC-derived entities were announced, including a national MRTS nodal organisation, a Delhi Metro Rail Academy, and a Centre of Excellence for innovation and capacity building.
