Celtics Guard Malcolm Brogdon Playing Through Elbow Injury Despite Shooting Struggles

Boston Celtics guard Malcolm Brogdon has been playing through a partial tear in the tendon coming out of his right elbow that leads into his forearm during the Eastern Conference Finals.
Brogdon got the injury in Game 1 of the matchup with the Miami Heat.
Brogdon will continue playing through the injury and is expected to evaluate whether he will need surgery after the season.
Brogdon is averaging just 8.5 points per game in the Eastern Conference Finals, shooting a woeful 35.3 percent from the field and 21.4 percent from three.
The Celtics have lost a major source of scoring off the bench with Brogdon struggling to shoot from the perimeter.
