- On July 10, Celta de Vigo formally rebranded its Galicia Sports 360 initiative as Celta360 after Xunta de Galicia approval as a Project of Autonomic Interest.
- Following three months of archaeological sampling and preliminary earthworks by Copasa, CBRE Project Management will begin full-scale works within weeks.
- The complex will include three main buildings, a 4,000-seat mini stadium for Celta’s reserve teams, seven training pitches and dedicated sports science and innovation facilities.
- Operators such as Los Sauces school, Grupo Metrodora and Telefónica will manage education, health and research units across the hub.
- Core infrastructure is slated for delivery by mid-2027, with the entire development set for completion within 36 months to bolster Celta’s legacy and regional sports growth.
