Celebrity Chef Michael Chiarello Dies at 61 After Acute Allergic Reaction

Michael Chiarello, known for hosting cooking shows on Food Network, PBS, and other channels, died at age 61.
He passed away at a medical center in Napa, California due to anaphylactic shock caused by an acute allergic reaction.
Chiarello was a renowned chef and restaurateur who opened several popular restaurants in Napa Valley.
He authored multiple cookbooks and also had his own brand of artisanal foods and kitchenware called NapaStyle.
In 2016, Chiarello faced allegations of sexual harassment from two former employees, which were settled out of court in 2017.
