- The program, which runs 5:00 to 22:00 Saturday, bars Hologram 1 cars with odd plate numbers (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), all Hologram 2 cars, and foreign-plated vehicles.
- After a 6:00 report showed “poor” air from PM10 particles, authorities did not activate a CAME contingency, so no extra driving limits were added.
- Exempt vehicles include those with Hologram 00 or 0, electric and hybrid cars, public transport, motorcycles, emergency units, disability-plated cars, and authorized health-worker vehicles.
- Coverage spans the 16 boroughs of Mexico City and multiple State of Mexico municipalities, and it also applies in the Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco metropolitan areas.
