- The CDA will enforce measurable key performance indicators for collection, sweeping and transfer operations and apply financial deductions for failures, and it has engaged a Turkish waste management firm to advise on machinery and operations.
- Officials say the programme aims to replace ad hoc local arrangements with standardised protections for workers, predictable service for communities such as Bani Gala and Ghuri Town, and a phased rollout with route verification and daily performance reporting as next steps.
