CD Projekt Red is ramping up production on The Witcher 4, codenamed Project Polaris, with the aim of having around 400 people working on the project by mid-2024.
The company is also considering the use of AI in game development to improve certain processes, but not to replace human staff.
CD Projekt Red is also working on a sequel to Cyberpunk 2077, codenamed Orion, which is still in the conceptual phase and may include multiplayer elements.
The company is focusing its hiring efforts on its North American studio, with lower hiring rates expected in Poland.
CD Projekt Red's previous CEO, Adam Kiciński, stepped down at the end of 2023, with Adam Badowski and Michal Nowakowski now sharing the role.
