CCTV Captures Man Dancing Before Stealing $5,000 in Equipment from Sunbury School

Victoria Police released the footage to seek tips on the identity of a man seen dancing outside the school before absconding with over $5,000 in equipment.

  • The break-in occurred at about 1:10 a.m. on April 23 at a Sunbury secondary school.
  • The suspect performed a dance routine in the parking lot before breaking in and stealing three laptops and a projector.
  • Surveillance footage shows him arriving in a silver Holden Commodore and scaling school grounds after his impromptu moves.
  • He is described as a Caucasian male in his 30s with a medium build, long dark brown hair and wearing a red and black hooded jumper, red headband, blue gloves and black running shoes.
