- Phase 1 is now live from January 6 to June 1 with services available at no cost to students and parents.
- The toll-free IVRS at 1800-11-8004 operates 24×7 in Hindi and English, offering preparation tips, stress guidance and FAQs.
- Tele-counselling is available on working days from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm with a 73-member panel of principals, counsellors, special educators and psychologists.
- The panel includes 61 India-based counsellors and 12 volunteers located in Nepal, Japan, Qatar, Oman and the UAE to support students abroad.
- CBSE has published concise stress-management and study resources at cbse.gov.in and is urging families to use the materials and helplines.
