Overview

  • Schools must submit the List of Candidates by September 30 for the 2026 Class 10 first examinations and Class 12 main exams.
  • Submission follows two schedules tied to fee payment, and schools must complete registration and log in with their affiliation number.
  • APAAR ID linkage is mandatory for Class 10 and 12 candidates in India, with CBSE-affiliated schools abroad exempt from this requirement.
  • For Class 10, the mid‑February 2026 Main Examination is compulsory and the LOC must include all students, with LOC for the second sitting to be taken up after the first exam.
  • Only students named in an accurate, error‑free LOC will be permitted to sit the exams, and CBSE has introduced a portal to upload CWSN data for accommodations.
