Overview
- Private candidates for Classes 10 and 12 can apply online from September 9 to September 30, 2025, with a late window from October 3 to 11.
- Eligibility covers Essential Repeat candidates, compartment cases, candidates declared fail or Essential Repeat from 2020–2025, and 2024–25 pass-outs seeking improvement.
- Submission is online-only with no hard copies required, candidates may download their forms for verification, corrections are allowed until the last date, and fresh roll numbers and fixed centres by chosen city will apply for 2026.
- Schools must upload the List of Candidates from August 29 to September 30 (portal reopens October 3–11 with late fee), APAAR IDs may be marked ‘refused’ or ‘not generated,’ and the CWSN exemption module runs September 9–22 and October 3–8.
- Application fee is reported as Rs 320 online with an additional Rs 2,000 for late submissions, and CBSE urges strict adherence to cutoffs with processes ending at 11:59 pm on scheduled dates.
