Overview
- CBSE began publishing verification and re-evaluation outcomes on June 21, declaring results for roughly 147,000 of about 168,000 applications, which the board says is about 87 percent of requests.
- Students whose scores changed can download updated digital marksheets from the DigiLocker results portal and use them for admissions while physical revised marksheets will be issued later from regional offices.
- Candidates whose verification outcome shows 'No-change' will be allowed to inspect their evaluated answer books at CBSE regional offices under a schedule the board will announce.
- CBSE requires students to surrender their original physical marksheet to obtain a revised hard copy and says DigiLocker versions are valid for all official purposes.
- The review follows complaints about the new on-screen marking system, with reported scan quality problems, rescans and some manual evaluations, and about 13 percent of applications remain pending which could affect students with imminent college admissions.
