CBSE Opens Class 10 Online Post-Result Window

The portal requires candidates to download scanned answer books first with all applications and payments submitted only through CBSE's official site.

Overview

  • The board launched the post-result portal on Wednesday, Aug 5, and opened requests for scanned copies of evaluated Class 10 answer books through Aug 9.
  • After downloading scanned copies, candidates may apply for verification of marks or re-evaluation between Aug 16 and Aug 19, with scanned copies required before any review request is accepted.
  • CBSE limits reviews to theory papers and to full questions only, masks examiner identities in scans, and says revised marks may rise, fall, or stay the same with the board's decision final.
  • Published reports list different fees for scanned copies, verification and re-evaluation, so students should confirm exact charges and pay only via the CBSE Post Result portal on cbse.gov.in.
  • This year’s two-exam system allows students who sat both Main and Second exams to obtain both answer books but to request verification or re-evaluation for only one answer book per subject; candidates must use their login credentials and follow CBSE warnings about third-party errors.
