CBSE Offers Free Psycho-Social Counselling for Board Exam Students Starting February 1

The initiative provides stress management support for Class 10 and 12 students through IVRS, tele-counselling, and podcasts until April 4, 2025.

CBSE's annual psycho-social counselling service will run from February 1 to April 4, 2025, supporting students before, during, and after exams.
Three support methods are offered: a 24/7 toll-free IVRS helpline, bilingual podcasts, and tele-counselling by 66 trained professionals.
The IVRS helpline provides stress management tips, exam preparation guidance, and FAQs in both Hindi and English.
Tele-counselling services are available Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with experts based in India and five other countries.
The initiative aims to assist 44 lakh students appearing for Class 10 and 12 exams starting February 15, 2025.
